IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- A saturated atmosphere will result in rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour at times are possible. Localized rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches could occur (10-20% chance) near the Highway 30 corridor.
