- At 1113 PM EDT, The heavy rain has ended but between 2 and 3 inches of rain fell earlier and minor flooding is likely still ongoing.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Van Wert, Decatur, Convoy, Ohio City, Middlebury, Preble, Middle Point, Willshire, Wren, Venedocia, Elgin, Glenmore, Abanaka, Schumm, Dull, Rivare, Pleasant Mills, Jonestown, Monmouth and Monticello.
