- At 241 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Sedalia, Marshall, Richmond, Higginsville, Lexington, Knob Noster, Concordia, Sweet Springs, Whiteman Air Force Base, La Monte, Waverly, Norborne, Hardin, Corder, Alma, Henrietta, Malta Bend, Blackburn, Houstonia and Mayview.
