Mostly cloudy skies with moderate showers and scattered thundershowers are currently occurring over Regions 1 to 5, 7 and 9 These conditions are expected to persist for the next three (3) to four (4) hours. Strong and destructive winds will likely be accompanied by these showers. Additional rainfall may result in or exacerbate flooding in low-lying and flood-prone areas where flooding is not already being observed.
Residents are advised to exercise caution, avoid flooded roadways, secure loose outdoor items, and remain indoors during periods of lightning activity where possible. The Hydrometeorological Service is monitoring the situation and will provide updates as necessary
