WHAT: Minor flooding is occurring and is forecasted to continue.

WHERE: Rock River from Swanson Road in Roscoe downstream to Shorewood Park in Loves Park, including the Latham Park gauge.

WHEN: Until early Thursday afternoon.

IMPACTS: At 10.5 feet, Low-lying sections of Shore Drive are threatened between Wilson Avenue and Park Road in Machesney Park. Water overflows low-lying river banks along East Drive in Loves Park. Low-lying areas of Martin Memorial Park are inundated.
