At 1242 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Marion to 14 miles southwest of Cottonwood Falls to 16 miles northeast of El Dorado. Movement was northeast at 45 mph.

IMPACT,Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include, Marion, Cottonwood Falls, Strong City, Lincolnville, Cassoday, Bazaar, Lost Springs, Elmdale, Matfield Green, Cedar Point, Hymer, Marion Lake, Tallgrass Prairie, Pilsen, Saffordville, and Tallgrass Prairie Preserve.
