บริเวณภาคใต้จะมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้นและมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่ง เนื่องจากลมฝ่ายตะวันออกที่พัดปกคลุมอ่าวไทยและภาคใต้จะมีกำลังแรงขึ้น ประเทศไทยตอนบนมีอากาศร้อนในตอนกลางวัน แต่ยังคงมีฝนฟ้าคะนอง กับมีลมกระโชกแรงบางแห่ง เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นจากประเทศจีนที่แผ่ปกคลุมภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และทะเลจีนใต้ มีกำลังอ่อนลง ในขณะที่มีลมใต้และลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พัดนำความชื้นจากอ่าวไทย และทะเลจีนใต้เข้ามาปกคลุมบริเวณประเทศไทยตอนบน
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากสภาวะอากาศดังกล่าวรวมถึงฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม สำหรับบริเวณอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ชาวเรือควรหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง กับลมกระโชกแรง สำหรับเกษตรกรควรเสริมความแข็งแรงให้ไม้ผล และเตรียมการป้องกันความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นกับผลผลิตทางการเกษตรและสัตว์เลี้ยง อีกทั้งดูแลรักษาสุขภาพในช่วงที่สภาพอากาศเปลี่ยนแปลง
The easterly wind prevailing over the Gulf and the South is strengthening with more rain and isolated heavy to very heavy rain in the South. The wind and wave in the Gulf are likely about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershower. All ships should keep off thundershowers.
