- Strong, slow moving thunderstorms with locally heavy rainfall will be possible this afternoon and evening. Heavy rainfall may affect areas that already received heavy rainfall and localized flooding yesterday. Stronger storms will be capable of producing 1 to 2 inches of rain in as little as 30 minutes.
