IMPACTS: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Several structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

- At 801 AM CDT, Emergency management reported heavy rain had occurred and flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 7 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 4 inches are possible in the warned area over the next 24 hours.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Sioux Falls, Sioux Center, Sheldon, Canton, Sibley, Rock Rapids, Beresford, Parker, Harrisburg, Tea, Rock Valley, Hull, Lennox, Sanborn, George, Centerville, Worthing, Larchwood, Inwood and Viborg.
