ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ส่วนเรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งในระยะนี้ไว้ด้วย อนึ่ง พายุดีเปรสชันบริเวณทะเลจีนใต้ตอนบน คาดว่าจะทวีกำลังแรงขึ้นเป็นพายุโซนร้อน และจะเคลื่อนขึ้นฝั่งบริเวณประเทศเวียดนามตอนกลางในช่วงวันที่ 20-21 กันยายน 2567 ลักษณะเช่นนี้ส่งผลทำให้ภาคเหนือและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือจะมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนัก
