Humidity: Minimum relative humidity as low as 10 to 20 percent on Sunday and Monday. Poor relative humidity recoveries in the 20 to 45 percent range overnight.

Highest Threat: Northern and central Sacramento Valley, especially west of the Interstate 5 corridor and elevations below 2000 feet.
