The storm forecasted in the earlier alert has engulfed the eastern parts of the Northern and Transition zones and is now moving westward. The Upper East, Northeast, Northern, and Oti regions are currently experiencing the system. As the morning progresses, the storm is expected to spread further within these regions, as well as into the Bono East, Bono, Ahafo, Savannah, and Upper West regions
Residents in the affected regions are advised to take precautionary measures ahead of the approaching rains. Avoid outdoor activities during heavy downpours, and stay clear of flooded roads and waterways.
