บริเวณประเทศไทยตอนบน จะมีสภาพอากาศแปรปรวน โดยมีลักษณะของฝนฟ้าคะนอง ลมกระโชกแรง ลูกเห็บตก และฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ซึ่งจะมีผลกระทบบริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือก่อน ส่วนภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล และภาคตะวันออก จะได้รับผลกระทบในระยะถัดไป ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นอีกระลอกหนึ่งจากประเทศจีนจะแผ่ปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้ ส่งผลให้ลมฝ่ายตะวันออกพัดปกคลุมอ่าวไทย ประเทศไทย และทะเลอันดามัน สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร อนึ่ง ในช่วงวันที่ 7–13 พฤศจิกายน 2569 บริเวณภาคใต้ จะมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้นและมีฝนตกหนักหลายพื้นที่ โดยมีฝนตกหนักมากบางแห่ง ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากลมฝ่ายตะวันออกที่พัดปกคลุมอ่าวไทย ภาคใต้ และทะเลอันดามัน จะมีกำลังแรงขึ้น
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนัก ฝนฟ้าคะนอง และลมกระโชกแรง โดยหลีกเลี่ยง การอยู่ในที่โล่งแจ้ง ใต้ต้นไม้ใหญ่ สิ่งปลูกสร้างและป้ายโฆษณาที่ไม่แข็งแรงไว้ด้วย ชาวเรือควรเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง รวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
Another high-pressure system from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea leading to the easterly wind prevails over the Gulf, Thailand and the Andaman Sea. Variable weather are possible following with thundershowers, gust, hail and isolated heavy rains in the Northeast for the first period then the rest regions. In the Andaman Sea and the Gulf, the waves will be higher than 2 meters high in thundershower areas. In addition, during 7–13 November 2026, more rains with scattered heavy rains and isolated very heavy rains are forecast in the South. The easterly wind prevailing over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea will strengthen.
People should beware of heavy rains and severe condition by keeping off outdoor places, big trees and unsecured billboards. All ships should keep off thundershowers.
