WINDS: Southwest 20 to 30 mph. Gusts will be as high as 45 mph Friday afternoon and evening, increase to as high as 50 mph Saturday afternoon and evening, and remain as high as 45 mph Sunday afternoon and evening. Winds will decrease but remain elevated Friday night and Saturday night.
