The monsoon trough lies across the upper of the North into the low pressure cell over upper upper Laos while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the upper Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf with isolated heavy rain in someplaces of the North, the Central, the East and the South west coast. The strengthening wind forces the waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf up to about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People in the North, the Central, the East and the South west coast should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All ships in the upper Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers areas.

ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตกระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย และขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
