This will likely result in minor erosion on the Bay side of Hooper Bay as well as minor water rises to around 1 to 2 feet above the normal high tide line with each high tide cycle from Thursday afternoon to Saturday morning. Strongest wind gusts, up to 55 mph are expected to occur between 7 AM and 10 PM Thursday. There may be a gust to 60 mph but it would be infrequent. After 10 PM Thursday, winds will mainly weaken and be less than 50 mph Friday and Saturday.
