IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

- Abundant moisture over the area will combine with an incoming weather system to provide for showers and thunderstorms today, some of which are expected to produce moderate to heavy rainfall. Any strong thunderstorms will have the potential to produce rainfall rates as high as 1-2 inches per hour. Localized rainfall amounts of one to two inches are expected within the Watch area today.
