IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of arroyos, rivers, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded, resulting in road closures.

- Rainfall will begin to taper off early this afternoon, but isolated thunderstorms with very heavy rain is possible mid to late afternoon. These storms have the potential to produce a very quick inch or two of additional rain.
