WHEN: Until 1115 PM MST Tuesday.

IMPACTS: Flooding of creeks and normally dry washes is imminent or occurring. Dangerous flooding over low-water crossings.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 215 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.0 inches of rain have fallen.
- This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers, Mineral Creek, Vernon Creek, Cheney Draw, Brown Creek, Big Hollow Wash, Little Colorado River, Mallory Draw, and Concho Creek.. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Concho Lake, Concho, Mesa Redonda, Vernon, Cerro Montoso Peak, Lions Park, Little Ortega Lake, White Mountain Ultralight Flightpark, Hunt and Zion Reservoir.
- This includes the following highways, Highway 60 between mile markers 358 and 373. State Route 61 between mile markers 357 and 381. Highway 180 between mile markers 340 and 358.
This includes the following recreation areas andcampgrounds, White Mountain Ultalight Flightpark.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Low water crossings will become dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.

WHERE: Portions of north central and northeastern Arizona, including areas from Flagstaff to St. John's and areas northward.

WHEN: Through late tonight.

IMPACTS: Flooding will be possible over burn areas, low-water crossings, creeks, streams, washes and swimming holes. Some larger creeks and rivers are expected to exceed bankfull. Flooding of paved roads and highway underpasses will be possible. Unpaved roads could become muddy and impassable.

- Low pressure will interact with tropical moisture to produce numerous showers and embedded thunderstorms, with heavy rain that will fall over saturated soils and burn scars. This could lead to flash flooding and rises on streams and rivers.
