IMPACTS: Creeks and streams will remain at bankfull or crest in minor flood stage. Partial flooding of low-lying areas such as fields and ditches will continue. Due to falling temperatures and falling snow, flood waters may be slow to recede or may even freeze in place, particularly in ditches and fields.
