At 1229 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of heavy snow along a line from 6 miles northwest of Deadmans Basin Reservoir to 15 miles southeast of Ashland, or along a line from 17 miles east of Harlowton to 30 miles west of Broadus, moving northeast at 25 mph.
Locations impacted include, Colstrip, Roundup, Forsyth, Broadus, Ekalaka, Hysham, Custer, Ryegate, Melstone, Lame Deer, Ashland, Ballantine, Worden, Volborg, Deadmans Basin Reservoir, Rosebud, Musselshell, Lavina, Vananda and Bighorn.
Visibilities will drop quickly to less than a quarter of a mile in this heavy snow.
