ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 328 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen on already saturated ground.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Port Saint Lucie, Walton, Fort Pierce, Stuart, White City, Saint Lucie Nuclear Power Plant, Fort Pierce Inlet, Jensen Beach, Indrio, Sewall's Point, Indian River Estates, Port Saint Lucie River Park, Fort Pierce South, Saint Lucie West, Fort Pierce North, Nettles Island, Saint Lucie Airport, Saint Lucie Village and Tradition.
