- WHAT: Near-record temperatures and a deeper-than-normal June snowpack will result in large, potentially destructive, wet avalanches through the weekend.

Fraser River from Winter Park to Granby affecting Grand County.

Warm temperatures will accelerate snow melt in the Upper Colorado River Basin through the end of this week and into early next week.

WHAT: Flooding caused by snowmelt continues.

WHERE: Fraser River from Winter Park to Granby.

WHEN: Until early Tuesday afternoon.

IMPACTS: At 3.0 feet, Water approaches buildings, floods yards and begins to impact streets close to the river in Winter Park.

Bankfull stage is 3.0 feet.

Forecast: The river will oscillate and remain just below flood stage with a maximum value of 2.9 feet early Sunday morning.
