- At 121 PM EDT, Radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include, Maysville, Georgetown, Washington, West Union, Manchester, Peebles, Ripley, Aberdeen, Augusta, Winchester, Seaman, Lewisburg, Brooksville, Higginsport, Belfast, Emerald, Decatur, Russellville, Mount Olivet and Dover.
