ประเทศไทยตอนบนยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งในภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือและภาคตะวันออก เนื่องจากมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังปานกลาง สำหรับคลื่นลมที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามันตอนบนและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่าง มีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณด้านตะวันออกของภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือและภาคตะวันออกระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while the low-pressure over upper Vietnam. Isolated heavy rain remains in the North and the upper Northeast and the East. The moderate wind force the waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf up to about 2 meters high, in the lower Andaman Sea, the waves are expected 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People in the upper Northeast and the East should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
