ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Strong south winds will push water toward the coast, resulting in elevated water levels and high surf. Water levels will continue to trend lower starting with the high tide this morning, which will occur between 8 AM and 11 AM. Thereafter, water levels further decrease to around Mean High High Water (MHHW), and then dip again below MHHW through Saturday afternoon, alleviating coastal concerns.
