บริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล และภาคตะวันออก มีฝนตกหนักหลายพื้นที่ และมีฝนตกหนักมากบางแห่ง ส่วนภาคใต้มีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ทางตอนบนของภาค เนื่องจากหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงบริเวณประเทศกัมพูชาจะเคลื่อนตามแนวร่องมรสุมที่พาดผ่านภาคกลางตอนล่าง และภาคตะวันออก ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังแรงขึ้น ในขณะที่บริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นที่ปกคลุมภาคเหนือตอนบน และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบนมีกำลังอ่อนลง สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร อ่าวไทยตอนล่างและทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก รวมทั้งดินโคลนถล่ม โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางผ่านเส้นทางที่มีปัญหาน้ำท่วมซ้ำซาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำ ซึ่งอาจเกิดน้ำท่วมขังในระยะสั้นได้ ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง หลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย ส่วนเรือเล็กบริเวณอ่าวไทยตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งจนถึงวันที่ 27 ก.ย. 69
The active low-pressure cell over Cambodia is expected to move along the monsoon trough which lying across the lower Central and the East regions while the moderate southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf is strengthening. The high-pressure system covering the upper North and the upper Northeast is weakening. Heavy rain with very heavy rain in some places is possible in the lower North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and vicinity, the East and the South. The rather strong wind and waves in the upper Gulf are expected 2-3 meters high, about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf and above 3 meters high in thundershowers.
