ภาคใต้ยังคงมีฝนตกต่อเนื่อง และมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่ง ส่วนประเทศไทยตอนบน โดยเฉพาะบริเวณภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล และภาคตะวันออก ยังคงมีฝนฟ้าคะนอง กับมีลมกระโชกแรงบางพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณทะเลอันดามัน ประกอบกับลมฝ่ายตะวันออกพัดปกคลุมประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ในขณะที่บริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นจากประเทศจีนปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้ สำหรับทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองจะมีคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง ฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ชาวเรือควรตรวจสอบเส้นทางและเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง รวมทั้งหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
The low-pressure cell covers the Andaman Sea with the easterly wind prevails over Thailand and the Gulf. Meanwhile the high-pressure system from China covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Continuous rainfalls and isolated heavy to very heavy rains are forecast in the South while isolated thundershowers with gust are possible in the upper country especially in the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity. In the Andaman Sea and the Gulf, the waves will be higher than 2 meters high in thundershower areas.
All ships should keep off thundershowers. People in the areas should beware of gusty wind, heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands.
