ภาคตะวันออก รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล มีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางพื้นที่ ส่วนภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคกลาง และภาคใต้ มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก รวมทั้งดินโคลนถล่ม โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางผ่านเส้นทางที่มีปัญหาน้ำท่วมซ้ำซาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำซึ่งอาจเกิดน้ำท่วมขังในระยะสั้นได้ เนื่องจากหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงบริเวณชายฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนล่างได้เคลื่อนเข้ามาปกคลุมประเทศกัมพูชาแล้ว และจะเคลื่อนตามแนวร่องมรสุมที่พาดผ่านภาคกลางตอนล่าง และภาคตะวันออก ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทยเริ่มมีกำลังแรงขึ้น ในขณะที่บริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นที่ปกคลุมภาคเหนือตอนบน และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบนมีกำลังอ่อนลง
สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง หลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย ส่วนเรือเล็กบริเวณอ่าวไทยตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งจนถึงวันที่ 27 ก.ย. 69
The active low-pressure cell over the middle coast of Vietnam has moved to cover Cambodia, expected to move along the monsoon trough lying across the Central and the East regions while the moderate southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf is strengthening. The high-pressure system covering the upper North and the upper Northeast is weakening. Isolated very heavy rain is possible in the East including Bangkok and vicinity while isolated heavy rain is likely in the lower Northeast, the Central and the South. People should beware of heavy to very heavy rain and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. The rather strong wind and waves in the upper Gulf are expected 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers.
All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats in the upper Gulf keep ashore by lasting 27 September 2026.
