IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Deep tropical moisture will be moving across lower southeast Texas producing widespread showers and thunderstorms with heavy rainfall, which may happen in a short period of time. Rainfall rates will be between 1 to 3 inches per hour, with total rainfall amounts averaging 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.
