MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE ACROSS PARTS OF THE NORTH TROPICAL COAST FROM WEDNESDAY EVENING Moderate rainfall has been observed across parts of the North Tropical Coast overnight Tuesday into Wednesday. Further moderate to locally heavy rainfall is forecast during Wednesday and Thursday, with the heaviest rainfall likely in the southern parts of the Flood Watch Area. Minor flooding is possible within the Flood Watch area from Wednesday evening. Heavy rainfall may also cause localised flash flooding and disruption to transport routes. Catchments across the Flood Watch area remain relatively wet following repeated rainfall events over the last month, and will respond quickly to further rainfall.
