IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, recent burn scars and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.

- Strong thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rain could develop Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. Widespread moderate to heavy rainfall will also occur from a surge of tropical moisture arriving tomorrow and lingering through Friday morning.
