ภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ตอนล่างมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางยังคงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวเตรียมพร้อมระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่เสี่ยงใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างและอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while the low-pressure cell covers upper Vietnam with isolated heavy rains in the North, the upper Northeast, the East and the lower South regions. People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and its accumulation that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The moderate wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are expected 1-2 meters high, about 1 meter high in the lower Andaman Sea and the Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
