ประเทศไทยมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่ง โดยเฉพาะจังหวัดตาก กำแพงเพชร นครสวรรค์ อุทัยธานี ชัยนาท กาญจนบุรี ราชบุรี สุพรรณบุรี นครปฐม กรุงเทพมหานครรวมทั้งปริมณฑล และเพชรบุรี ส่วนภาคเหนือตอนบนและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบนยังคงมีอากาศเย็นในตอนเช้า เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมกำลังแรงพาดผ่านภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง เข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรง บริเวณชายฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนกลาง ในขณะที่บริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นกำลังอ่อนปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน สำหรับภาคใต้ยังคงมีฝนฟ้าคะนองและมีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ ส่วนคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มี ฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร อ่าวไทยและทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
