Up to 3.0 m: The seaboards of Ilocos Sur and Zambales; the western seaboard of Pangasinan; the northwestern seaboard of Kalayaan Islands. Mariners of motorbancas and similarly sized vessels are advised to take precautionary measures while venturing out to sea and, if possible, avoid navigation under these conditions. Up to moderate seas over the following coastal waters: Up to 2.5 m: The seaboards of La Union and Lubang Islands; the northern seaboard of Pangasinan; the western seaboard of Batangas; the western and southern seaboards of Bataan. Up to 2.0 m: The western seaboard of Occidental Mindoro; the northern and western seaboards of northern Palawan including Calamian Islands; the remaining seaboards of Babuyan Islands and Kalayaan Islands.
