- Repeat rounds of thunderstorms over the next several days will increase the threat for flooding. While 1 to 2 inches is forecast on average, the flooding threat is more from any storms that might sit or repeat over the same areas,where 2 to 3 times that average amount may be enhanced locally, leading to flood issues.
