- At 1234 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Wahoo, Ashland, Yutan, Ceresco, Valparaiso, Mead, Brainard, Weston, Dwight, Ulysses, Ithaca, Malmo, Leshara, Colon, Memphis, Lake Wanahoo Recreation Area, Memphis State Recreation Area and Two Rivers State Recreation Area.
