ประเทศไทยมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้นและมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยมีฝนตกหนักมากบริเวณภาคเหนือตอนบน และด้านตะวันออก ของภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมเลื่อนลงมาพาดผ่านภาคเหนือ และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน เข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณอ่าวตังเกี๋ย ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร อนึ่ง พายุดีเปรสชัน “โซเดล” บริเวณมณฑลกวางตุ้ง ประเทศจีน ได้อ่อนกำลังลงเป็นหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงแล้ว
ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ตามลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง พื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่าน และพื้นที่ลุ่ม ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางผ่านเส้นทางที่มีปัญหาน้ำท่วมซ้ำซาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำซึ่งอาจเกิดน้ำท่วมขังในระยะสั้นได้ ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง
