IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are already running high and could flood with additional heavy rain.

- Radar estimates and surface observations indicate much of central Wisconsin saw 2 to 4 inches of rain on Wednesday so soils are very saturated. Additional heavy rain is expected this afternoon and evening, which could lead to more flooding.
