WHEN: Until 1245 AM CDT.

IMPACTS: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

- At 916 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with moderate rainfall across the warned area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have already fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Sioux City, Le Mars, Sioux Center, Orange City, Sheldon, Sibley, Rock Rapids, Hawarden, Ponca, South Sioux City, Rock Valley, North Sioux City, Hull, Elk Point, Dakota City, Remsen, Akron, Sanborn, Alton and Marcus.
