WHERE: A portion of North Idaho, including the following county, Bonner, the city, Clark Fork, and Lightning Creek and Spring Creek.

IMPACTS: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 203 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding has already been observed along Lightning Creek and Spring Creek. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen over the last 24 hours.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area through noon tomorrow.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Clark Fork. Lightning Creek, Spring Creek.
