IMPACTS: At 17.0 feet, Low-lying areas unprotected by levees begin to flood. At 24.5 feet, The Missouri-Pacific Railroad tracks are overtopped.

- Forecast: The river is expected to fall below flood stage Monday evening and continue falling to 9.3 feet Thursday evening.
