IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations, including low-water crossings. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. There is an increased risk for debris flows near fire burn scars. Rockfalls and mud possible on mountain highways.

- A Pacific storm will continue to bring moderate to heavy rainfall through this afternoon and evening along with a 15-30 percent chance of thunderstorms. The heavy rainfall, along with periods of higher intensity rainfall, will increase the risk of flooding, especially over the recently burned areas.
