ประเทศไทยยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านตอนบนของภาคเหนือ และประเทศลาวตอนบน เข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณชายฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย สำหรับบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างและอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ชาวเรือเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือ ในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
The monsoon trough lies across the upper North and upper Loas into the low pressure cell over the coast of upper Vietnam while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Isolated heavy rains are forecast in Thailand. The waves in the upper Andaman Sea are expected to be 1–2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Andaman Sea and the Gulf, the waves are expected to be about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
