- At 521 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated and area of moderate to briefly heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Newark, Jersey City, Jamaica, Yonkers, Paterson, Elizabeth, Stamford, Flatbush, New Rochelle, Flushing, Passaic, Bayonne, White Plains, Wayne and Mott Haven.
