The southeasterly and southerly winds which prevail over the lower North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and vicinity, the East and the Gulf while the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and the western part of Thailand. Isolated heavy rains remains in Thailand. The wind and waves in the Andaman Sea are expected about 1 meter high, below 1 meter high in the Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
People in thease areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
ประเทศไทยยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน และด้านตะวันตกของประเทศไทย ในขณะที่ลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้และลมใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันออก สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีกำลังอ่อน โดยทะเลอันดามันมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร ส่วนอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นต่ำกว่า 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณอ่าวไทยและทะเลอันดามันควรเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
