- Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will continue today. Some heavy rainfall has already occurred over parts of Dodge and Mower counties in southeast Minnesota near a stationary boundary. Additional rainfall, some heavy is forecast to occur with storms this morning as deeper moisture and a storm system approaches the area. More rain overspreads the area again this afternoon as the storm system moves through. Due to storms repeating over the same areas, locally heavy rain and flash flooding could occur.
