IMPACTS: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 752 AM CDT, Emergency management reported heavy rain had occurred and flooding is ongoing. Between 2 and 7 inches of rain had fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area over the next 24 hours.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Sioux Falls, Worthington, Madison, Luverne, Pipestone, Brandon, Hartford, Flandreau, Fulda, Crooks, Adrian, Edgerton, Garretson, Wall Lake, Baltic, Valley Springs, Colton, Hills, Jasper and Colman.
