It is moving West Northwestward at 30 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Zamboanga Del Norte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Daro-Dapitan, Dipolog, Dicayas, Golio Duwait, Sindangan, Ingin (Maras), Palandoc, Mucas, Patawag, Quipit, Siocon, Piacan, Anungan, Pangamiran and Sibuco. + **Zamboanga Del Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Kumalarang, Tupilac, Labangan, Tumaga and Mapangi. + **Zamboanga Sibugay** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Taguiti, Tigbao, Liguian, Sanito, Bakalan, Kabasalan and Sibuguey.
