- Heavy rain fell across the region this morning, and flooding is ongoing. Between 2 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen, and light rain will persist for a few hours.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include, Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Garland, Irving, Grand Prairie, Mesquite, McKinney, Carrollton, Frisco, Denton, Richardson, Lewisville, Allen, Flower Mound, Mansfield, Rowlett, Euless and Desoto.

Forecast flooding changed to Moderate severity and increased in duration for the following rivers in Texas

- Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
- Forecast: The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 16.9 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning.
